* Participating in requirements gathering discussions
* Coordination of feature implementation with other developers.
* Assessing the impact of new features on existing infrastructure
* Occasional support on sales calls/meetings where technical input is necessary

# A keen eye for design
# Knowledge of user-interface best-practices for web design
# W3C Standards Compliant Code
# Cross Browser Compatibility
# Web Programming: X/ HTML, CSS2, Java Script, ASP, .Net, PHP
# Understanding of content management systems
# Should have worked in atleast one - CMS (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress)
# Working knowledge in MySQL
# Experience in API development and integration is an added advantage
