Excellent Communication skills
The fraud analysis team is analyzing data that comes from billing , swipinf for payments and credits to see what may be wrong or fraudulent
for this they have to see trends on usage tracking of same number multiple times etc.when people buy stuff they use wrong credit cards they produce falso documents etc
